Fundamentals of PC Repair
Today's computers are more advanced than ever before allowing us the ability to work faster and smarter, but this can also mean more complicated problems to fix. That's where you come in - the PC Repair/Help Desk Technician. In this 7-week program (1 day/week), you'll learn step-by-step techniques to build, repair, upgrade and network PC's in any office environment. Learn to bring a "crashed" system back to life, recover lost data, diagnose simple and complex problems, conquer common networking issues, boost any PC's performance and much more. This course is offered as a day program and meets once a week for 5 weeks. It is also offered as an evening class and is held from 6-9pm Monday- Thursday for 4 weeks.

E-Learning for CompTIA A+ Certification
The CompTIA® A+® self-paced eLearning course provides the knowledge and skills needed to pursue a job as an A+ technician. This course will help you understand the fundamentals of computer technology, networking, security, and gain the skills required to identify hardware, peripherals, networking, and security components. This course will also help you gain skills required to install, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade, and maintain PC workstations, the Windows OS and SOHO networks. The course maps to the CompTIA A+ certification exams 220-701 and 220-702.

CompTIA Network+ Certification
Earning a CompTIA Network+ certification demonstrates that a candidate can describe the features and functions of networking components, and possesses the knowledge and skills needed to install, configure and troubleshoot basic networking hardware, protocols and services. The exam tests technical ability in the areas of media and topologies, protocols and standards, network implementation and network support.
This course is offered as a 5-day Fast Track for those with hands-on experience, and as an evening program for those new to networking.

CompTIA Security+ Certification
Earning a CompTIA Security+ certification demonstrates proof of knowledge and expertise in security topics, such as communication security, infrastructure security, cryptography, access control, authentication, external attack and operational and organization security.

CompTIA Linux+ Certification
CompTIA Linux+ is a vendor-neutral certification, generic across distributions, that validates the knowledge of individuals with a minimum of six to 12 months of practical Linux experience. Professionals holding the CompTIA Linux+ credential can explain fundamental management of Linux systems from the command line, demonstrate knowledge of user administration, understand file permissions, software configurations, and management of Linux-based clients, server systems and security.

CompTIA Project+ Certification
This ILT Series course, rated 4.9/5.0 in overall quality by ProCert Labs, will prepare students for the current CompTIA Project+ certification exam. It covers the full range of skills and concepts students need to know to plan and implement projects. The project initiation and planning process is covered in-depth, culminating in the creation of a project schedule. Learning how to manage business concerns such as cost and risk is balanced by thorough coverage of best practices in managing people and resources. Students will also learn how to manage change and the steps necessary in closing a project.
