VTEC specializes in instructor-led hands on classroom training. We limit class size to 12 students, making the learning experience interactive yet personalized. Some of our offerings include:
- Desktop Applications- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Publisher, Project, Visio and SharePoint).
- Critical Skills- Change Management, Conducting Meetings, Time Management, Goal Setting, Customer Service and Sales Training
- Report Writing- Crystal Reports, SQL Reports, and Access Query and Reports.
- Web Design and Desktop Publishing- XHTML/ Cascading Style Sheets, Adobe: Acrobat/DreamWeaver /Photoshop /InDesign/ Flash.

You have 3 ways to register for a class at VTEC:
We require payment at time of registration. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, or company check.
After receiving payment, your Account Manager will send a confirmation along via email. If you prefer another method, please note when registering.
Hold a seat: If you need us to hold you a seat in a particular class while you get it approved, we would be happy to do this for you.
Nonprofit Discount
We are offering a special price on our Microsoft Office classes for Non Profit agencies and Unemployed Professionals.

Continuing Education Units (CEU's)
VTEC issues 1 CEU for every 10 hours of class time attended. Transcripts are available upon request.

VTEC Refresher Policy (re-sit a class)
VTEC Education Center is committed to offering you the highest level of training and the best return on your training dollar investment.
At VTEC we encourage you to take advantage of our free refresher policy. Please note the guidelines listed below:
1. All refresher registrations are on a space available basis. We reserve the right to notify students up to the day prior to class that a seat is not available for a refresher.
2. Students are responsible to bring back their course book from their original class.
3. Refresher courses are only applicable for the same course and same version that was originally taken.
4. Refresher courses are available for students who have completed and paid in full for an entire course.
5. While there is no guarantee how long any course will continue to be offered on the schedule, students are eligible to register for a refresher course for up to one year from the date of the original course taken.
