Class Cancellation and Refresher Policies

Class Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

Cancellations or transfers at late notice can sometimes have a serious impact on the viability of a course or can preclude others from attending a previously full course. We will gladly provide a full refund, credit or transfer.  Refunds are available only for cancellations received more than 15 working days in advance of the scheduled start date.  If your cancellation is received within 15 working days of the scheduled start date, VTEC will apply a credit on your account towards another class.

We are happy to accept substitutions meeting the required course pre-requisites at any time without charge.

In the event that the course in which you have enrolled is cancelled or VTEC ceases to offer said course, a full refund of all monies paid will be made within thirty days of receipt of claim.  The claim must be in writing, dated, signed and sent to VTEC (email is also acceptable).  Include name, address, phone, email address and details of claim.

Class Refresher Policy

Everyone learns at a different pace.  At VTEC we encourage you to take advantage of our refresher policy.  Providing you with the knowledge to do your job is very important to us.  Please note the guidelines listed below:
