VTEC's class is the combination of Microsoft courses #2261 and #2262 and is designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary to troubleshoot basic problems end users will face while running Microsoft Windows XP Professional in an Active DirectoryŽ network environment.
In addition, this course will cover Windows XP Home edition in a workgroup environment; as well as, problems related to configuring and maintaining applications such as Microsoft Office, Outlook Express, Internet Explorer and other applications that run on a Microsoft Windows XP Operating System. The goal of this course is designed to provide an overview of operating system concepts and how to troubleshoot Windows XP and applications running on Microsoft Windows XP and will prepare students for the MCDST Exam.
This course is intended for students who want to obtain their Microsoft Certification Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) Certification. VTEC is a Prometric Testing Center.
